Before you get in touch
Questions we're often asked.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We read it personally and reply within two working days. If it looks like a fit, we suggest a thirty-minute call. After that, the usual next step is a Discovery Sprint: a short, fixed-fee engagement that produces a clear proposal.
Why do you charge for discovery?
Because good scoping is real work, and it decides whether a project succeeds. A paid Discovery Sprint means a firm, honest price rather than a guess — and the fee is credited against the build if you proceed with us.
Can you give me a price without a discovery phase?
We can give you a bracket once we understand your situation, and we'll always ask what budget range you have in mind. A fixed price comes after discovery, so that it's a price we can stand behind.
Who owns the software you build?
It depends on the engagement and is agreed clearly in the contract before work begins. Custom work, our reusable toolkit and platforms such as Fortify are each treated explicitly, and every system is documented and hosted on standard infrastructure so you are never dependent on us.
Is Fortify right for a small business?
Yes. Fortify was designed for organisations currently paying for several separate tools. If you have staff to pay, customers to manage and support to track, it will usually replace what you have for less.
Do you work with organisations outside the Philippines?
Yes. The company is registered in the Philippines, our development team is led from the United Kingdom, and we work with clients internationally across different time zones.
Can you take over a system another developer built?
Often, yes. We start with an audit of the existing code, hosting and documentation, tell you plainly what state it's in, and recommend whether to stabilise, extend or replace it.
Do you train our staff?
Yes. Training and adoption are part of how we work. It can be included in a project or provided as a standalone engagement, even for software we didn't build.
